About us

Welcome to Party Potty, a luxury restroom trailer rental company based in Fairfax County, VA. John and Adam look forward to working for and with you!

John, the owner, was born and raised in Oakton VA, is a VA Tech graduate and a retired military reserve VIP pilot out of Joint Base Andrews, MD. In combination with military reserve VIP transport, John's professional career has included over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in the short-term property rental business and construction. Now, VIP meets short term rentals and takes off in a restroom trailer!
Adam, the operations manager, is from Baltimore Maryland. He is a licensed union tradesman, dedicated father and wholeheartedly committed to the success of your event. He met John, in 2004 when they were neighbors while John was in the MD Air National Guard. Adam and John have over two decades of experience working together and it shows. Together they are extremely talented operators, successfully exceeding customers expectations in the no-fail, short duration, logistically challenging and high value event arena.
